    Quick Answers

I'm a complete beginner. Which program is right for me?
We lovingly welcome all levels! For beginners, we highly recommend our 100-Hr Yoga TTC or the 7-Day Yoga Retreat. Both are designed to build a strong, safe foundation in a supportive environment.
What is included in the Ashram Life Experience?
The Ashram Life is a full immersion. It includes daily yoga and meditation sessions, sattvic (pure vegetarian) meals, accommodation, spiritual discourses, and the opportunity to live in our peaceful, traditional yogic community.
Are your Yoga Teacher Training Courses certified?
Yes, absolutely. Our TTCs (200-Hr, 300-Hr, 500-Hr) are internationally recognized and certified by Yoga Alliance. Additionally, we offer preparation for the Yoga Certification Board (YCB) of India, Ministry of AYUSH.
Do you offer programs for specific health issues like back pain or PCOD?
Yes, we specialize in therapeutic yoga. We have dedicated workshops and camps for PCOD/PCOS, diabetes, cardiac health, joint pain, and stress management. Our 500-Hr Medical Yoga Therapy course is also available for deep therapeutic training.
What makes Rishi Yogpeeth different from other yoga schools?
Our unique blend of authentic tradition and modern application sets us apart. We are not just a school but a living ashram, offering a holistic path that integrates Hatha, Meditation, Philosophy, and specialized Therapy, all in the sacred environment of Rishikesh.
What is the typical day like during a retreat or TTC?
A typical day starts before sunrise with meditation and pranayama, followed by asana practice. After a nutritious breakfast, time is dedicated to philosophy/anatomy lectures, followed by lunch, rest, a second asana or workshop session, and evening satsang or meditation.
What should I bring for my stay?
Comfortable yoga clothes, meditation shawl, toiletries, torch, and an open heart. We provide mats and all course materials.
    Is there WiFi available?
Limited WiFi is available for essential communication. We encourage digital detox for deeper practice immersion.
